摘 要:采用液压机和先进的数据采集系统对模压压力影响焦炭粉体的堆积密度进行了研究。结果表明:粉体的堆积密度随模压压力的增加而增加;多种焦炭粉料堆积密度的排序,可能会随模压压力的增大而有所改变;多粒度组成焦炭粉体的堆积密度总是大于单粒度组成焦炭粉体的堆积密度,而且随着模压压力的增大,二者之间的差别逐渐变小;加压提高焦炭粉体堆积密度的机制主要有三种:移动充填、压碎密实和弹塑性变形。The effect of molding pressure on packing density of coke powders has been studied in a hydraulic press machine with advanced data-collected system. It has been found that the packing density of coke powders increases with molding pressure, and the sequence order of original packing density may be altered in the case of many kinds of coke powders because of influence of the molding pressure. For those coke powders with a wide distribution in particle size, the packing density is higher than that of coke powders with uniform size, and the difference between their density becomes smaller and smaller along with the increase in molding pressure; the mechanism of the influence of molding pressure on the packing density of coke powders can be grouped into three types which are the moving packing type, the distortion type and the breakage backing type.
