摘　　要：研究结果表明,烟株受黑胫病菌侵染后发生了一系列生理生化变化。烟株叶片过氧化物酶同功酶的种类和活性有所改变,呈类似常态曲线变化;根系活力下降。生长受到一定限制,水分运输受阻,间接或直接影响烟叶的品质和产量。In growth chamber experiment, a series of physiological and biochemical changes occured in tobacco plants alter infection of the causal pathogen. The curve of modification in peroxidase isozymes in the plant leaves was similar to the normal distribution curve. Compared with healthy plants,the root activities and growth of infected plants were reduced and water absorption and transportation were blocked in the stems.
