摘　　要：快速反应机制是公安机关警务运作中庞大而复杂的系统工程 ,其内容由各个子系统组成。建立农村警务快速反应机制 ,应以 110报警服务台为窗口 ,指挥中心为龙头 ,农村地区公安派出所和责任区刑警中队为第一处警力量 ,各警种协同作战相配套、警务室 (或警民联系点 )和群众治安力量为辅助的快速反应运行模式 ,以处置各种案 (事 )件和重大救助为主要内容 ,提高对农村地区社会治安的动态控制能力为目的。Speedy response mechanism is a tremendous and complex systematic project in the operation of public security work. In order to build up such a mechanism, we should establish a speedy response mode based on the cooperation of various police forces and assistance of the mass forces, while putting 110 service as the emergency window, commanding center as the leader, rural police stations and criminal policemen in their duty districts as the first force. In this way, we can cope with the major crimes and incidents to promote the dynamic controlling power in rural areas.
