摘 要:用盘一块式摩擦试验机,在30 m/s的滑动速度和0.1~0.8 MPa的法向载荷(压强)范围,研究了SiC颗粒增强6061铝合金对碳基材料滑动摩擦行为的载荷依赖性。观察并分析了法向压强对动摩擦因数的随机波动行为、摩擦初期的过渡行为及摩擦面状态的影响。重点讨论了相对稳定期动摩擦因数的平均值μAV、标准偏差σ以及过渡期时间t*和初始值μ0对法向压强pn的变化规律。结果表明,随pn值增大,t*线性减小,μ0基本不变,而μAV非单调变化(在大约pn<0.25 MPa的范围内急剧增大,大于这个压强则缓慢减小),σ的变化趋向与μAV类似。The load dependency of sliding friction behavior in SiC-particulate reinforced 6061 aluminum alloy against carbon matrix composite is investigated, on a disk-block type friction tester, under sliding velocity 30 m/s and normal load (pressure) range from 0.1 MPa to 0.8 MPa. Effects of pressure on the randomly undulating behavior of friction coefficient, the transi- tion behavior in initial stage of friction process as well as the state of frictional surface are observed and analyzed. Discussions are focused on laws with respected to pressure Pn of the mean Uav> the normal deviation a of friction coefficient in relatively steady period, as well as the time of transition period t* and the initial value Uo. The results showed that with pn increasing t* linearly reduces, U0 essentially remains constant, UAV changes with non-monotone form, which quickly increasing in range ofpn < 0.25 MPa and slowly reducing when pn larger than this pressure, and a appears similar tendency changing with UAV.
