摘  要:目的 比较采用胰岛素泵连续皮下注入胰岛素方法(CSⅡ)与每日多次皮下注射胰岛素方法(MSⅡ)对糖尿病患者围手术期治疗。方法 CSⅡ组18例,采用诺和灵R胰岛素放置于美国Minimed 507型胰岛素泵内或瑞士产H-TRONPLUS V100胰岛素泵内,将胰岛素持续缓慢皮下注射。MSⅡ组16例,采用由中国徐州万邦生物制药有限公司生产的速效胰岛素制剂装入普通注射器中于3餐前0.5h皮下注射。结果 CSⅡ组血糖控制达到理想标准的时间及胰岛素用量少于MSⅡ组(P<0.01),CSⅡ组平均住院时间和术后平均拆线时间少于MSⅡ组(P<0.001),CSⅡ组低血糖发生率低于MSⅡ组(P<0.05)。结论 CSⅡ疗效好,安全性好,能更快更有效控制血糖,缩短住院日与拆线时间。Objective To compare the treating effects between continuous subcutaneous insulin injection (CSII) and multi subcutaneous insulin injection( MSII) on patient with diabete in perioperation. Methods The patients were diveded into two groups who treated with CSII (18 patients) and with MSII (16 pationts) The NovolinR insulin was injected continously and slowly by a pump Minimed 507 U.S. A or H - TRONPLUSV100, Swiss in CSII group. Group of MSII however, was insulin three times per day injected before breakfast, Lunch and supper, respectively Results The time of the Serum glucose controlling and the residence stitch - removing was shorter in CSII than in MSII (P<0.01). The tate of hypoglycemia was lower in CSII than that in MSII (P < 0.05). Conclusions The treating effect and safety in CSII is better than that in MSII. CSII can controll the serum gluco.se rapidly, and shorten the period of residence and stitchremoving.
