摘 要:目的 通过研究无机陶瓷膜微滤前后药液各主要指标性成分的转移率 ,探索中药水提液复杂体系在无机陶瓷膜分离过程中的微观表现。方法 以HPLC法测定 0 .2 μm无机陶瓷膜微滤前后黄芩等 7种中药水提液中主要指标性成分含量及固含物。结果 各主要指标性成分微滤前后相对含量提高率及转移率分别为 4 %~ 9%和 70 %~ 80 %左右。结论 0 .2 μm无机陶瓷膜对黄芩等 7种中药水提液有较好的精制效果 ,但其对有关成分的截留机理值得深入探讨。OBJECTIVE To explore into the micro-expression of the complicated system of the water extract of Chinese medicines in the process of separation with inorganic ceramic membrane by observing the metastasis rate of the main target components before and after micro-filtration with inorganic ceramic membrane. METHOD HPLC method was used to determine the contents of the main target components in the water extracts of 7 Chinese drugs before and after micro-filtration with inorganic ceramic membrane. RESULT The relative content increase rate and metastasis rate of the main components were around 4%~9% and 70%~80% respectively. CONCLUSION 0.2 μm inorganic ceramic membrane has good refining effect on the water extracts of the 7 Chinese drugs, but further researches is called for into the mechanism of withholding some of the components.
