生化汤提取物对离体及产后子宫活动的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察生化汤提取物对小鼠离体及产后家兔子宫收缩的影响 ,探讨其效应及效应特征。方法　用PowerLab 8s生命信号记录仪采集离体及产后在位子宫的收缩幅度及频率。结果　生化汤提取物 6× 10 - 6 ～ 6× 10 - 1 mg mL可收缩小鼠离体子宫 ,ED50 =0 .4 4mg mL ;增加产后麻醉家兔子宫的张力 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。给药后 6 0～ 80min达到效应高峰 ,而对产后子宫收缩频率无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　提示生化汤提取物具有增加宫缩作用 ,药效温和持久 。OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of Shenghua Decoction extract on the contraction function of the uteruses of in vitro mice and postpartum rabbits and the features of the effect. METHOD PowerLab/8s Vital Signal Recorder was used to measure the extent and frequency of the contraction of the uterus. RESULT 6×10～6 -6 mg/mL of Shenghua Decoction extract could cause contraction of the in vitro mice (ED 50 =0.44 mg/mL) and increase the tensility of the uteruses of anesthetized rabbits ( P <0.05, P <0.01). 60～70 minutes after drug administration the peak of the effect was reached, which had no marked effect on the frequency of contraction of postpartum uteruses. CONCLUSION Shenghua Decoction can promote uterine contraction and can be used to treatment postpartum hemorrhage.
