摘　　要：目的　评估肺表面活性物质固尔苏 (Curosurf)在体外实验中对B型嗜血流感杆菌 (Hib)生长的影响。方法　将Hib分别与生理盐水 (对照组 )及不同浓度的Curosurf (1 ,1 0 ,2 0mg/ml实验组 )在37℃条件下孵育 5h时 ,分别于 0、 1、 5h取出 0 1ml,系列稀释后接种到脑心浸液琼脂培养基上 ,置于37℃孵箱中孵育 2 4h后进行菌落计数。结果　随孵育时间延长 ,各组菌落计数均有下降 ,1mg/mlCurosurf组菌落数量下降较少 ,与对照组相比差异无显著性意义。 1 0 ,2 0mg/ml实验组菌落下降程度明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论　Curosurf在体外对B型嗜血流感杆菌生长有抑制作用 ;Curosurf的抑菌作用为剂量依赖类型。Objective To evaluate the effects of surfactant (Curosurf)on the in vitro proliferation of Haemophilus Influenzae type B(Hib).Methods Hib was incubated in a nutrient free medium(normal saline)for 5 h at 37 ℃,together with Curosurf at concentrations of 0,1,10 and 20 mg/ml.At 0,l and 5 h an aliquot of 100μl was taken from each tube,serially diluted in saline,and spread onto agar plate.The number of colonies after 24 h of incubation at 37 ℃ was counted.Results Incubation Curosurf led to a decrease in CFU.The number of viable Hib after 5 h of incubation was significantly decreased compared to saline controls( P <0 01).Conclusion Curosurf surppresses effect on the proliferation of Hib in vitro and exerts its bacteriostatic effect dose_dependently. [
