强心冲剂对慢性充血性心力衰竭模型大鼠心肌β受体的影响

摘　　要：目的　评价强心冲剂对慢性充血性心力衰竭模型大鼠心肌 β受体的影响。 方法　用腹主动脉缩窄法造成慢性充血性心力衰竭大鼠模型 ,采用放射配体结合试验检测方法 ,评价强心冲剂对慢性充血性心力衰竭模型大鼠 β受体的影响。结果　CHF模型大鼠 β -受体密度显著下调。卡托普利组和生脉饮组 β-受体密度显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,强心冲剂高剂量组 β -受体密度高于卡托普利和生脉饮组 ,达到4 835± 1 0 5 2fmol/l,仍低于对照组 ,但与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　强心冲剂可以提高CHF模型大鼠心肌 β -受体密度 ,而卡托普和生脉钦对CHF模型大鼠心肌 βObjective To evaluate the effects of cardac stimulant on the β receptor of the myocardium in the rats with congestive heart failure.Methods The model of congestive heart failure was produced.The method of radioligand receptor assay was used to evaluate the effects of cardiac stimulant.Results The density of β receptor in the cardiac stimulant was (4 835±1 052)mol/l,lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference.Conclusion The cardiac stimulant can increase the density of β receptor of myocardium in the rats with congestive heart failure.
