摘　　要：随着轨道交通的发展 ,与其相应的乘车凭证———票卡的流程管理还不够完善 .据此在分析了票卡流程现状及存在问题的基础上 ,提出了票卡管理流程的优化方案 ,并结合票卡销售和票务经营的现状明确了优化策略 。Along with continuous development of society economy,mass transit also develops more and more quickly.At the same time corresponding to urban mass transit,the certificate-ticket also gets a substantial development,but in some aspects it is not perfect enough,for example,in the respect of process management of ticket.Based on analyzing the current situation of process of ticket,measures were proposed to optimize it.In connection with the current situation of sales and operation of ticket,optimizing strategy is obvious.We put forward an index evaluation system that can be used to test the optimization.
