中小城镇环境规划一般规范与问题分析

摘　　要：根据中小城镇环境规划技术路线 ,分为三个层面探讨了中小城镇规划规律 ,在此基础上提出了中小城镇环境规划一般操作规范。为了确保中小城镇环境规划的可操作性 ,应用ISO14 0 0 0的理念 ,提出环境规划运行模式。according to middle and small town's environmant programming technique way,it is divided into three lays and penetrate into discussing middle and little town's programming rules,based on this,we bring forward middle and small town's programming normal opexating rules.To ensure the operating ability of the programming,this article used the theory of ISO14000,we bring out environment programming running model.In the end we analyze some problems during the course of envirorment programming.
