摘　　要：文章介绍了通用GPS监控系统中SkyWatch监控平台的的总体结构设计及系统各功能模块的关系,并且对监控台程序的总体设计流程、部分模块软件设计及数据库设计进行了详细描述。In this paper,the sky-watch platform of a general GPS sky-control system is introduced,including it's overall structure design and the relationshop between each part.The sky-watch system is also described in detail,in-cluding it's whole design process,software's partly design and database design.
