摘　　要：基于面向对象GIS建模技术提出了一种有效的市话电缆模型,并且在MapInfo平台已通过MapBasic编程完全实现。该模型不仅满足视觉要求,同时由于充分利用电缆与支撑设备之间以及电缆之间客观存在的多种空间关系,使电缆操作具有高度的智能,大大降低了操作的复杂性,为实现市话管线资源的高效、可视化管理提供了一条有效的途径。In this paper,the writer proposes a new kind of telephone cable model,called Integrated Cable Model(ICM)and turns it into reality on MapInfo with Mapbasic program.The ICM not only meets the visual requirements,but also simplifies the end user operations on cables greatly.The ICM is one of the most important models in City Telecom GIS and its realization will facilitate the application's popularization.
