摘  要:从氢化羧基丁苯胶乳出发,与钠、钾、锂、镁、锌和铅等金属离子中和,生成羧基丁苯离聚体胶乳。用IR,DSC,TEM对试样进行了表征,同时测定了不同离子中和及不同氢化度的离聚体物理机械性能,还将钾离聚体与聚乙烯以不同比例共混。结果表明,该离聚体既含有离子微区,又含有结晶微区;各种离聚体均呈现热塑性弹性体性能,其中铅及锂的离聚体拉伸强度最大;钾离聚体与聚乙烯以质量比为25/75~50/50共混时,试样拉伸强度呈现协同效应。Ionomers of carboxylic styrene-butadiene rubber were obtained by neutralization of hydrogenated carboxylic styrene-butadiene rubber latex with sodium, potassium, lithium, magnesium, zinc and lead cations. Characterization of the ionomers using IR, DSC and TEM showed that the ionomers contained both the ionic domains and crystalline domains. Study of mechanical properties of the ionomers denoted that they all behaved like thermoplastic elastomers. The lead ionomer and lithium ionomer exhibited the highest tensile strength. When the potassium ionomer was blended with polyethylene at 25/75 to 50/50 mass ratio, the tensile strength of the blends showed a synergistic effect, probably due to the enhancement of compatibility by the formation of thermoplastic interpenetrating polymer networks.
