摘 要:根据物理模拟实验的相似性准则 ,进行了微生物在多孔介质中运移实验、微生物驱油提高采收率实验、不同的代谢产物对采收率的影响实验及复配菌种的增殖作用对采收率的影响实验 ,结果表明 ,N80菌种能够随着注入水在多孔介质中生长和运移 ,其代谢产物各组分对采收率影响随代谢产物浓度的增加而增加 ,对采收率提高值贡献最大的是代谢产物中的表面活性剂 ,其次为代谢产生的酸及气体 ,并发现单个代谢产物的驱油效率的代数和小于各组分共同作用时的驱油效率 。Based on similar principle of physical simulation experiment, we carried on a series of experiments of microorganism growth and migration in porous medium, enhanced oil recovery by microorganism, influence of different metabolic products and multiplex bacterium on oil recovery. Results indicate that multiplex bacterium N80 can grow and migrate in porous medium. The effect of its different metabolic products on oil recovery will increase with the increase of metabolic products concentration. The contribution of surfactant to enhancement of oil recovery is primary, then the acid and the gas produced by metabolism. We also found that algebra sum of the oil displacement efficiency of the single metabolic product is less than that of common effect of all kinds of components, which show that cooperating effect of microorganism metabolic products redound to enhancement of oil recovery.
