摘 要:本文是针对鞍钢第二炼钢厂吊车梁加固而进行高温下高强螺栓连接性能的试验研究项目。试验中试件分别在200℃~450℃高温状态下加荷和在加温后冷却状态下加荷,得出了加热温度与滑移荷载(摩擦系数)的关系和摩擦系数的降低系数λ_1与加热温度曲线的关系。最终得出在高温下高强螺栓应力松弛是促使滑移荷载下降的主要原因。提出了在200℃高温下高强螺栓连接性能是安全可靠的。The experimental study on the connection properties of high- strength bolts at high temperature is introduced in this paper according to the strengthening of the crane beams for No. 2 steel making plant under ANSHAN Iron and Steel Company. The relationship between the heating temperature and slip load (friction coefficient) as well as that between the reduction factor( (1) of the friction coefficient and the heating temperature curve are obtained by loading the specimens at 200℃- 450℃ and the state of cooling, respectively. It has been found that the stress relaxation of the high- strength bolts at high temperature is the main cause to reduce the slip load. It is concluded that the connection property of a high - strength bolt at 200℃ is safe and reliable.
