全面准确把握十九大新党章的精髓要义

摘　　要：党的十九大通过的新党章实现了党章史上的又一次与时俱进,为新时代党的建设新的伟大工程提供了根本遵循。我们要从党章发展的历史、党章修改的内容、党所处的历史方位和实现政党转型,来充分认识十九大修改党章的重大意义。十九大新党章的突出特点是,体现了更加深厚的理论底蕴,更加开放的视野,更加强烈的使命意识,更加鲜明的务实精神。十九大新党章的新亮点可以概括为15个方面,包括党的指导思想、社会主要矛盾、党在社会主义初级阶段的基本路线等各项具体内容。在准确把握这些新亮点的基础上,我们要进一步增强党章意识,树立党章权威。The new Constitution of the Communist Party of China adopted by the the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once and again, in the history of the CPC Constitution, realizes keeping pace with the times, provides a fundamental following direction for the great new Party-building program in the new era. We should fully understand the significance of the amendment to CPC Constitution by the 19 th CPC National Congress from aspects of the development history of the CPC Constitution, the revised contents of the CPC Constitution, the historical position of the Party and also the accomplishment of the Party transformation. The outstanding feature for the new CPC Constitution is that, it reflects more profound theoretical foundation, more open view, stronger mission consciousness and more distinct pragmatic spirit. The new highlights of the the CPC Constitution of 19 th CPC National Congress has been summarized as 15 aspects, covering detailed contents including the the guiding ideology of the Party, the major social contradiction, the basic line for the primary stage of socialism of CPC and etc. On the basis of grasping this new highlights accurately, we will need to further strengthen the awareness of the CPC Constitution and establish the authority of the CPC Constitution.
