摘　　要：采用YAG激光对30只犬离体心脏房间隔照射,经左房面和右房面照射致房间隔汽化孔面积分别为13±5.2mm^2和13±5.4mm^2,照射能量分别为226±60ws和232±42ws,房间隔汽化孔面积与激光照射能量二者呈正相关关系。The effects of laser contacting septotomy on 30 hearts of dogs in vitro was evaluated. Laser optical fiber was positioned directly onto the left(Group A 15 hearts) and right (Group B 15 hearts) atrial septa. The septal defects made by laser irradiation were ovate, round ostium in shape with 13±5.2mm^2 and 13±5.4mm^2 respectively. There is a positive correlation between the areas of the defects and the laser energy(γ=0.52, γ=0.67). Since the procedure might be repeated during operation, it is concluded that YAG laser contacting septotomy is a simple and energy-saving method.
