电针刺激家兔“足三里”穴区对筋膜肥大细胞的影响

摘　　要：对28只家兔电针与未电针的“足三里”穴区筋膜及非穴区筋膜内的肥大细胞进行了对比观察。发现家兔筋膜非血管区肥大细胞数目较少。而大多数肥大细胞沿小血管排列;“足三里”穴区与非穴区筋膜肥大细胞的分布无明显差异;针刺对家兔筋膜肥大细胞的数量及脱颗粒反应的影响也不明显。推测家兔的表里相关的调整平衡系统可能主要有赖于神经系统的调控。In this study, comparison observation was made on the rabbit mast cells in the fascia of the 'Zusanli' acupoint area and nonacupoint area which underwent electro-acupuncture or not. It was discovered that there were fewer mast cells in the non-vessel area of rabbit fascia, and most mast cells were mainly arranged along the small blood vessel; that there was no significant difference in the distribution of mast cells between 'Zusanli' point area and the nonacupoint area, and that the influence of acupuncture on the cell number and degranulation of mast cells was unremarkable. It is suggested that the nervous system may function as the main regulator in the adjusting mechanism of rabbits, including the 'Exterior (acupoint)—Interior (visceral) correlation' .
