摘　　要：阐述了培养青年学生责任感的重要意义,即责任感是人才的必备素质,是健康人格的重要因素,是国民素质的一个重要方面,是建立诚信社会的道德基础。提出了培养青年学生责任感的途径和方法:(1)重视自我责任心培养的基础作用;(2)建立责任意识培养的目标体系;(3)充分发掘社会和学校责任感培养的教育资源。This paper introduces the importance of the youth students' sense of responsibility.The sense of responsibility is the talented \{person's\} essential character,and is the important factor of the health personality,and is the base of the trustworthiness society.The author suggests the ways to train youth students' sense of responsibility:(1) Pay more attention to the personal responsibility.(2) Establish target system.(3) Try to find the education resources of the society and the \{university\}.
