中药制剂对母牛不孕症防治试验

摘　　要：助孕灌宫液为中药复方灭菌提取液.Ⅰ号助孕灌宫液对生殖道疾病引起的不孕症的治愈率为89.6%,治愈后配种受胎率为88.9%.分别比宫得康提高11.6%和12.2%.Ⅱ号助孕灌宫液对卵巢疾病引起的不孕症的治愈率为85.7%.治愈后配种受胎率为84.8%.分别比三合激素提高9.7%和9.8%.通过预防试验.Ⅰ号助孕灌宫液对患难产、流产、胎衣不下、子宫脱或阴道脱的母牛用药后70天内受胎率为95.5%.比对照组提高27.5%.助长助孕散对正常分娩后的母牛,可使休情期缩短46夭,受能率达88.0%.比对照组提高18%;用于1.5岁以上仍不发情的母牛,使发情率和受胎率分别比对照组提高5%和18%.The solution that was pouried into-uterus to make the cow pregnant was a kind of compound extracts from more Chinese herbal medicines. The cure rate for No. I solution to be pouri.ed into-uterus on the infertile cow as vaginal disease was 89. 6 percent. The breeding conception rate after cure was 88. 9 percent. They were raised 11. 6 percent and 12. 2 percent respectively against Gongdekang. The cure rate for I solution was-85. 7 percent. The breeding conception rate after cure was 84. 8 percent. They were raised 9. 7 percent and 9. 8 percent respectively against the compound solution consisted of three hormones. During the prevention experiment,the conception rate in 70 days after using the medicine for No. I solution to be pouried into-uterus on the cow with dystocia,abortion,afterbirth to be removed with difficulty,prolapse of uterus or vagina was 95. 5 percent. The conception rate was raised 27. 5 percent against the control group. The powder that promoted the growth of the cow and helped the cow to be pregnant on the cows after normal childbirth might shorten the rest peried of oestus by 46 days, but its conception rate reached 88. 0 percent. It was raised 18. 0 percent against the control group. The oestrus rate and conception rate for the powder on the cows at the age of over 1. 5 with that was not oestrus were raised 5. 0 percent and'18. 0 percent respectively against the control group.
