摘 要:以纳米级的(WO3+C)混合粉末制备新型堆焊焊条,该纳米粉末在药皮配方中最多可加24.5%对该焊条进行了工艺性试验,并对堆焊层的组织、化学成分及硬度等进行了检验及分析。试验结果表明:该焊条焊接工艺性良好,熔敷效率高;堆焊层组织细小,主要为富W碳化物(Fe6W6C)、奥氏体加少量马氏体,560℃×4h回火后,组织为针状马氏体、少量残余奥氏体和碳化物Fe6W6C.焊后堆焊层硬度在HRC50以上,回火后堆焊层硬度大幅度提高,最高可达HRC64.5.和微分级粉末相比,纳米粉末制备的焊条,基体中的含W量高,组织细小,回火后硬度高,适于耐磨堆焊.A new type surfacing electrode was made using WO3 and C mano-powders. The maximum amount of the powders among the whole formula of the skin can up to 24.5%. The microstructure, chemical composition and hardness of the weld metal were examined and analyzed. The results showed a good usability, high deposition efficiency, fine microstructure of the weld with W (Fe6W6C), austenite and a little martensite. After 560℃×4 h tempering, the wold microstructure changed into acicular martensite, a little remained austenite and carbides Fe6W6C. The hardness of the weld was over HRC 50, and increased greaty after tempering treatment, the highest hardness value is HRC 64.5. Compared to the micron powder, nano-scaled powder has many advantages and is suitable for making surfacing electrode, such as higher W content in matrix, fine microstructure, higher hardness after tempering.
