成人腮腺炎性睾丸炎27例治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨成人流行性腮腺炎并发睾丸炎的有效治疗方法及干预措施。方法对住院治疗的27例腮腺炎并发睾丸炎患者所采取的治疗措施进行了回顾性总结。结果该组病例均获得较好疗效,体温降至正常时间(4±1)天,治疗时限(6±1)天,无阴囊破溃及脓肿形成病例。结论成人腮腺炎易并发睾丸炎,成熟的睾丸易于被二次入血的腮腺病毒攻击,且病情发展迅猛,其症状重于腮腺炎,提前干预是减少或减轻睾丸炎症状的有效手段。Objective To investigate the effective method and intervention measures for the treatment of adult mumps orchitis. Methods Twenty-seven hospitalized cases of mumps orchitis patients's treatments were ana-lyzed retrospectively. Results This group of cases obtained good curative effect. Time of the Temperature fell to normal:4 ± 1days,The treatment time:6 ± 1days,no scrotal ulceration and abscess formation cases. Conclu-sions Adult mumps and orchitis is easy concurrent,The mature testis is easy attacked by mumps virus of the sec-ond time into the blood,and disease developed rapidly,and it's symptoms more serious than the mumps,early intervention is an effective means to reduce or alleviate the symptoms of orchitis.
