摘  要:通过在中学、大学体育课、课外体育活动中实施健心运动处方的实验,运用"学生心理健康问卷"评价和探讨实施处方的心理效果。实验结果表明,中学生实验组通过处方的应用,来显示出明显的效果,但心理健康水平好于普通中学学生;大学女生的实验表明,经处方的实施,在人际交往、学习适应、意志及情绪因子上有明显进步。In college and high school P.E. classes and extracurricular activities,mindbuilding exercise prescription was adopted and 'Questionnaires' on mental health of the students was used to assess the psychological effects of the prescription.It was revealed that threre were no obvious effects of the prescription with the experimental group of the high school students whose mental health were better than that of the ordinary students.While for the college girl students experimented on with the prescription,they were better in handling the interpersonal relationship,more able to get adapted to their studies,more strong willed and in better mood.
