草坪草种子储藏温度对比试验

摘　　要：用-30℃、-10℃、5℃和室内20～28℃(对照)对草地早熟禾、紫羊茅、高羊茅、剪股颖四种草坪草种子保存200天后分析得出:各种草坪草种子要求保存温度不一样,恰当的温度可以保持原种子活力。草地早熟禾和剪股颖种子在-30～10℃保存为好,紫羊茅以-30℃为佳,而高羊茅在200天内无需冷藏。Through analysis of four turfgrass species,they are Ken-tucky Bluegrass,Creeping Red Fescue,Tall Fescue and Bent grass.After200days for seeds preservation in storage treatment ,the result indicated that all those seeds in trial showed not all the same de-mands under different treatments of low emperature for sorage,though all the appropriate temperature applied being able to maintain the seed Vitality.Both Kentucky Bluegrassand Bent grass seedS could be well preserved Ugder the low temperature range from-30℃to-10℃,as for Creeping Red Fescue,-30℃might be better,but in Tall Fescue,there was no need for refrigeration even When the seed were pre-served in storage without any refrigeratiOn for200days.
