摘　　要：[目的 ]调查福建省松溪县人群肺吸虫感染情况。 [方法 ]先以并殖吸虫成虫抗原作人群皮内试验过筛 ,阳性者抽取静脉血分离血清以ELISA法检测肺吸虫抗体。 [结果 ]在该县西部、西北部和东部的 3个村人群的皮试阳性率分别为 2 1 5 % (115 /5 3 5 )、15 9% (83 /5 2 1)和 14 2 % (72 /5 0 8)。皮试阳性者血清肺吸虫抗体检测阳性率分别为 8 7%(10 /115 )、1 2 % (1/83 )和 1 4% (1/72 )。 [结论Objective\]To study on the infection status of paragonimiasis among crowd in Songxi County \ The antigen with adult paragonimus worms were screened by tradermal test When positive, paragonimiasis antibody from the patient serum was detected by the ELISA method \The positive rates by tradermal test in three villages in the western, north western and the eastern county were 21 5 % (115/535),15 9 % (83/521) and 14 2 % (72/508)respectively The positive rates of paragonimiasis antibody were 8 7 % (10/115),1 2 % (1/83)and 1 4 % (1/72)respectively \[Conclusion\] Songxi County is a high endemic area of paragonimiasis in the northern of Fujian, China
