摘　　要：[目的 ]了解福建省 60岁以上老年人伤害死亡特点。 [方法 ]对 1991— 1999年省疾病监测点统计年报资料进行分析。 [结果 ] 9年间 ,城市老年人伤害死亡率为 95 79/10万 ,农村为 197 5 3 /10万 ,均居城乡老年人全死因的第 5位。城乡老年人伤害死亡率均随年龄的增加而升高。城市男性伤害死亡率与女性相近 ,农村男性伤害死亡率高于女性 ;城市老年人的前 3位伤害死因为意外跌落、机动车交通事故和自杀 ,农村老年人的前 3位伤害死因为自杀、意外跌落和机动车交通事故。 [结论 ]积极开展老年人伤害预防工作十分必要。Objective\] To analyze the characteristics of injuries for the aged 60 and over in Fujian \Annual reportdata were analyzedfrom provincial disease surveillancepoints (1991-1999) \ The mortality of injury was 95 79/10 6 in urban and 197 53/10 6 in rural areas The injury was the fifthcauses of death in bothareas The mortality of injury increased with age The moralityof men was similar to women in urban and higher than women in rural areas The first three leading causes of death of injury inurbanwere fall, traffic accident and suicide, and in rural areas were suicide, fall andtraffic accident \[Conclusion\]The prevention and control of injury should be enhanced later for the aged people
