摘  要:[目的 ]探讨出生时不同TSH水平婴儿的发育状况和影响因素。 [方法 ]选择出生不同TSH水平的婴儿进行配对观察。调查婴儿出生时、新生儿期、婴儿期、婴儿父母及家庭情况 ,检测婴儿发育指标并进行综合评价。 [结果 ]出生时不同TSH水平婴儿 ,缺碘状况得到迅速纠正后仍有认知发育迟滞现象发生 ,但TSH正常婴儿与TSH增高婴儿的迟滞率无统计学差异。影响婴儿发育的因素依次是家庭经济状况、新生儿黄疸持续时间、喂养方式、母亲的教育程度和尿碘等。 [结论 ]全民普及碘盐地区 ,出生时TSH值增高的婴儿 ,迅速纠正缺碘状况 (0 5~ 2个月内 )则不至于产生明显的发育障碍 。Objective\] To approach the development state and influencefactors in newborn infantswithdifferent4TSH levels \ Infants with different TSH levels were selected by case control study The development state of infants in different periods, the parents and the family were surveyed and their development state were evaluated \ Theinfants in4 different TSH levels were stillcognition delayalthough they received strengtheniodine supplement after birth The delay rates were similar between infants with higher and normal TSH levels (P>0 05) Main influencefactors of infant developmentwere familyincome, newborn jaundiceduration, the feedingways, education leversof the motherand the level of urine iodine \[Conclusions\]At universal iodized saltregions, the infants with high TSH will not lead to development delay obviously if they received strengthen iodine supplement directly (during 0 5~2 months), but iodine deficiency is still the main influence factor for cognition development of infant
