摘　　要：采用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,以葡萄糖和十二醇为原料直接合成色泽良好的十二烷基多苷。研究了反应温度、醇糖比、催化剂、反应压力、反应时间、搅拌速率和中和剂对反应速率、产品收率及产品色泽的影响。结果表明,控制适当的反应条件,可以制得收率高、色泽好的产品。A process for preparing dodecyl polyglycoside from dodecanol and glucose in the presence of a kind of acid catalyst was studied The effect of the reaction temperature, reaction time, feed ratio of dedecanol/glucose, catalyst, reaction pressure, stirred speed and neutralizer on the reaction rate, product yield and product color were investigated The experimental results showed that the product having high yield and excellent hue can be synthesized through a suitable process
