摘　　要：中国是当今国际反倾销的最大受害国。随着我国加入WTO ,如何应对反倾销已成为我国企业和政府充分关注的问题。本文通过对我国反倾销的现状和成因的分析 ,提出加强反倾销的对策建议。China is the biggest international anti dumping victim at present. After China's accession to the WTO,how to respond to the anti dumping charges against China has become one of the major questions that Chinese enterprises and goverment pay attention to. Based on the analysis of the present situation and causes of anti dumping cases, this paper puts forward some suggestions in China's taking measures to cope with the anti dumping accusation.
