摘　　要：给出了基础设施项目特许经营权价值的计算方法 ,基于上海市某高速公路近 2年收费数据 ,建立了预测未来现金流量的数学模型 .利用仿真技术计算了各方案下特许经营权的价值和风险 。The numerical method of value of concession right of infrastructure was given. Based on the fee data of an express highway of Shanghai, it predicts the future cash flow and obtains the value and risk of concession right under some kinds of plan using simulation technique. And some kinds of plan satisfying with investors required return rate were also given.
