摘 要:对一种国产低密度聚乙烯 ( LDPE)进行了经过长毛细管的挤出胀大流动实验测量 ,得到了挤出胀大比和流动曲线 .测定了材料的线性和非线性粘弹性 ,并用 PSM模型进行了表征 ,同时数值模拟了 LDPE熔体的挤出胀大流动 .预测结果与实验基本吻合 ,但在较高剪切速率下两者间还存在一定的偏差 。Extrudate swell is a common phenomenon in polymer extrusion processing. Extrusion experiments through a long capillary die for a Chinese LDPE were carried out, and swell ratios and flow curve were obtained. Linear and nonlinear viscoelastic characteristics for the LDPE were tested and described using PSM model. At the same time, a numerical simulation of extrudate swell flow for the LDPE melt was investigated. The calculated swelling results are similar to the experimental values basically, but there exist deviation between them at the higher shear rate. And the cause of the deviation was analyzed.
