民间力量与权力监督

摘　　要：指出法治社会要求有一个良好的社会组织结构。在这个结构里,民间力量应得到生长和壮大,民间的诉求应能够得到迅速有效地回应。强调作为权力对立面的民间力量在权力监督中有着国家权力监督所不能替代的作用,应当尽快建立民间监督的合理回应渠道,对接以权制权的监督机制。This thesis indicates that society of rulebylaw should be based on a fine social structure in which popular force can be developed and its requirements can be dealt with quickly and effectively. It also emphasizes that popular force, the opposite of government power, plays an unsubstitutive role in supervisory system. We should establish reasonable responding channels for popular force as soon as possible to cooperate with the supervisory systerm of powertopower.
