摘　　要：以信息服务为代表的现代科技迅猛发展 ,使得以知识发展为基础的产业成为经济增长的主要领域 。The rapid development of modem sci-tech embodied by information services'makes the industries based on knowledge development become the main fields for economic growth, and the information services will be turned to the knowledge services.
