摘　　要：文章探讨了灰色文献的含义和特点 ,分析了灰色文献的资源状况及开发利用的前景和可能。This paper probes into the meanings and features of the gray documentation, and analyses on the situation of the gray documentation resources and the prospects and possibility of the development and utilization of these resources.
