摘　　要：港口工程的海上作业是风险较大的工作,确保海洋作业的安全问题日益突出,海上作业的安全性更加引起人们的关注。本文应用安全作业评价的LEC方法对几种具有代表性的港口工程海上施工作业进行安全性评价,对危险源进行分级,指出重大风险因素,并提出了改进措施与管理办法,可以为设置安全设施、建立海上作业安全管理制度提供科学依据。Offshore construction of port works is a kind of work of high riskIt becomes more and more prominent to ensure the safe construction of offshore works,which attracts more attention of the people concernedBased on the LEC method,the paper demonstrates the risk assessment made on some typical offshore works and presents the identification of sources of risks and hazardsIt then deals with major risk factors and proposes the measures for improvement and methods of managementThe proposed safetyassessing methods could provide scientific basis for erecting safety facilities and establishing rules and regulations governing safe offshore operations
