摘　　要：针对利用中国科学技术论文评审专家名典或参考文献、文摘等网络信息选择审稿人的不足,阐述了利用国家自然科学基金项目数据库选择审稿人的可行性,介绍了利用该数据库选择审稿人的具体方法。In the light of the insufficiency of network information such as Chinese Academic Theses Reviewing Experts Directory or references and abstracts used to select the readers, this paper expounds the feasibility of selecting the readers by using the National Natural Science Foundation Projects Database, and introduces the concrete methods of selecting the readers with this database.
