山西省科技人才流动近况分析

摘　　要：在研究山西省科技人才状况的基础上,根据有关数据,对1997～2001年间县以上自然科学研究与开发机构科技人员的流动状况进行了分析,指出了其特点和应当引起重视的问题,并就流动科技人员的科学管理提出了建议。Based on researching the present situation of sci-tech talents circulation in Shanxi province and according to the relevant data, this paper makes analysis on the circulating situation of sci-tech talents of natural science research and development institutions of country level and higher during the period of 1997～2001, points out its features and some problems needing attention, and puts forward suggestions about the scientific management of the circulation of sci-tech talents.
