米索前列醇在人工流产术前的应用

摘　　要：目的 :观察米索前列醇 (Miso)在人工流产术前应用的临床效果。方法 :分实验组、对照组。实验组于术前 30min～1h口服米索前列醇 6 0 0 μg ,观察两组术时宫口大小、出血量、子宫收缩、疼痛评价和人工流产综合征的发生率。 结果 :用药组宫口松弛 ,无需扩张率达 70 .8%,子宫收缩良好 ,出血量减少 ,疼痛减轻 ,人工流产综合征发生率低 ( 4.2 %)。结论 :口服米索前列醇简便、安全、有效 ,能有效减轻孕妇人工流产时的痛苦 ,预防人工流产并发症的发生。Objective: To observe the effect of application of Misoprostol before induced abortion operation.Methods:Compare the test group using Misoprostol with another group.Each member of the test group had 600 μg of Misoprostol 30 to 60 minutes before the operation. Observe the size of the end of uterus,volume of blood, contraction of the uterus, pain and the rate of RAAS between the two groups. Results:In test group flabbiness of end of uterus were observe, 70.8% of the cases had no need to spread, with good contraction of unterus, less blood and pain, and lower rate of RAAS(4.2%).Conclusion:Application of Misoprostol is convenient, safe and effective.It can effectively reduce the pain of pregnant women during induceed abortion operations avoiding the complications the operations.
