门静脉时辰化疗+持续化疗联合TACE治疗肝癌的初步观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨不能手术切除的中晚期肝癌的治疗新途径。方法 :4例肝癌患者经TACE治疗后通过留置于门静脉内的静脉导管在特定的时间每天定时向门静脉内注入小剂量DDP进行时辰化疗 ,又通过弹性输液泵连续 5d 2 4h持续不断地将 5 Fu注入门静脉内进行持续化疗。结果 :所有病人的肿块均有明显缩小 ,生存期延长 ;其中 1例有癌栓者门静脉主干癌栓消失。结论 :门静脉置管时辰化疗 +持续化疗联合TACE疗法不失为中晚期肝癌治疗的一条有效的途径 。Objective:To explore a new therapeutics on patients with advanced liver cancer that was unable to be excised.Methods:After TACE treatment ,the patients with advanced liver cancer were treated by means of the portal vein phase specific chemotherapy via which a little dosage DDP was infused into the portal vein through the catheter and the protracted chemotherapy of 5 Fu was infused into the portal vein uninterruptedly as long as 5 days with the elastic medical infusion pump.Results:All the tumor mass of the patients were diminished remarkably and carcinous thrombus in the master portal vein was missed.The patients had a longer survival period.Conclusion:The portal vein phase specific chemotherapy and lasting chemotherapy combined with TACE on treatment of liver cancer is effective.It is worth to explore and study further.
