摘  要:目的去除当归中残留有机氯农药。方法采用超临界CO2 流体萃取法去除当归中残留的有机氯农药 ,用毛细管气相色谱法测定除毒前后当归中农药残留量 ,评价除毒率。用高效液相色谱法测定除毒前后当归中阿魏酸及相关组分的变化 ,评价除毒后当归药材的药用价值。结果正交设计L9( 34)选出最佳萃取条件为 :压力 15MPa、温度 6 0℃、萃取时间 2 0min、流速 1 5mL/min ,残留农药除毒率达 95 1% (RSD =2 6 % ) ,当归中阿魏酸相对含量 10 3 5 % (RSD =3 2 % ) ,相关组分含量没有显著性变化。结论采用超临界CO2 流体萃取法去除当归中残留的有机氯农药 。Objective To remove residues of organochlorine pesticide in Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels.Methods The organochlorine pesticide in Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels was extracted with supercritical CO 2 fluid extrction, the residues of the organochlorine pesticide were determined before and after extraction by capillary gas chromatography, the removal rate was calculated, meanwhile the changes of the ferulic acid and the related compositions were determined. Results The best extraction conditions selected by orthogonality design L 9(3 4) were pressure 15 MPa , temperature 60℃,the extracting time for 20 min , flowing speed 1 5 mL/min , the removal rate of the organochlorine pesticide 95 1% (RSD=2 6%). The relative contents of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels was 103 5%, and no remarkable change took place in the related compositions. Conclusion The approach is simple,convenient and stable and the removal rate is high and the contents of effective compositions have no noticeable change.
