摘  要:共享不同代理的缓存文件是减少Web通信量和减轻网络瓶颈的重要方法 在分析现有合作式缓存系统的基础上 ,提出一种基于混合管理的合作式Web缓存系统 (HMCS) HMCS采用重定向的方法将请求从未命中的代理转发给缓存了请求文件的代理 采用这种方法可以减少缓存文件的冗余度 ,从而提高了缓存系统的存储利用率 ,进而提高系统的命中率In order to reduce average delay and bandwidth usage in the web, intermediate proxies usually store copies of popular objects The sharing of caches among web proxies is an important technique to reduce web traffic and alleviate network bottlenecks In this paper, a new cooperative web cache system (HMCS) based on hybrid management is proposed Upon receiving a request from client, the proxy of HMCS first checks to see whether it has the requested page If the proxy has the requested page, it returns the page to the client On the assumption that the request is hit in its redirector, it will be sent to the peer proxy and the peer proxy will return the requested file directly If none of the cooperative proxies has such page, the proxy will fetch the page from the server Therefore, the redundant duplicates among proxies are greatly reduced and efficient use of the storage of the proxy system is increased Consequently the hit rate will increase Results from the analysis and simulation show that the performance of HMCS is much better than that of CRISP and ICPS system
