老年低血压患者血液透析的临床护理干预措施

摘　　要：目的:研究分析老年患者在血液透析过程中出现低血压的病因以及护理干预措施。方法:选取2011年2月～2012年6月我院收治进行血液透析的老年患者120例,在其血液透析的过程中密切的观察低血压的发生同时分析其原因,同时采取及时的护理措施进行干预,观察措施的有效性。结果:120例患者3621次血液透析过程中,共出现低血压835次,发生率为23.1%。经积极的护理干预措施后,792次低血压得以逆转,恢复正常,继续完成血液透析,故治疗成功率为94.9%;43次给予干预后仍未能纠正低血压因而终止血液透析,占5.1%;无死亡病例。结论:在老年患者行血液透析时,应积极预防低血压发生的危险因素,同时及时采取处理低血压,提高老年血液透析患者的生存率以及生活质量。Objective To study the analysis of elderly patients during hemodialysis hypotension causes and nursing interventions.Methods From 2011 February ～2012 year in June in our hospital for hemodialysis in 120 cases of elderly patients,in the hemodialysis process closely observed the occurrence of hypotension and analysis of its causes,and to take timely nursing intervention,observed on measures of effectiveness.Results 120 cases of patients with hemodialysis 3621 times in the process,a total of 835 times the incidence of hypotension,23.1%.The positive nursing intervention measures,792 hypotension is reversed,returned to normal,to continue hemodialysis treatment,the success rate is 94.9%;43 time to give intervention after failed to correct hypotension and termination of blood dialysis,accounted for 5.1%;no deaths.Conclusion In elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis,should actively prevent hypotension risk factors,and to take timely treatment of hypotension in elderly hemodialysis patients,improve the survival rate and quality of life.
