浅谈定期家庭巡诊对老干部保健工作的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨定期家庭巡诊服务对老干部保健工作的影响,进一步提高保健工作质量,提高老干部的健康水平。方法:由一名保健医生和一名保健护士每周对保健对象进行两次家庭巡诊,动态监测老干部的健康状况。结果:多次发现疾病早期症状,其中有三人确诊为早期恶性肿瘤,及时住院给予治疗,取得了良好的愈后效果,其余身体状况稳定。结论:对保健对象进行定期的家庭巡诊,有助于及早发现疾病隐患,减少重大疾病的发生,能有效提高老干部的健康水平,对提高医疗保健工作的整体效能起到了较好的促进作用。Objective To investigate the regular family clinic service on old cadres health work,further improve the health care quality,improve the health level of old cadres.Methods By a health care practitioner and a health care nurses on a weekly health object two family visiting,dynamic monitoring of veteran health status.Results Repeatedly found disease early symptoms,of which three were diagnosed with early-stage malignant tumors,timely hospital treatment,and achieved good effect after cure,the rest in stable condition.Conclusion Regular family care clinic,contribute to the early detection of disease risks,reduce the occurrence of major diseases,can effectively improve the health level of old cadres,to improve the overall efficiency of medical and health work plays a better role in promoting.
