摘 要:针对提质后褐煤由于松散、易碎,在运输过程中造成的环境污染和大量的能源损耗问题,对影响提质后褐煤成型的主要条件,即成型水分和煤料粒度进行了理论分析,并结合自行研制的液压单缸褐煤成型装置分别进行了成型时的水分含量及颗粒级配的试验研究。试验结果表明:合理的成型水分和煤料颗粒级配更有助于提质后褐煤成型,验证了理论分析的正确性,为提质后褐煤的低成本成型提供试验依据和理论参考。Due to the problems of environmental pollution and energy loss caused by loose and friable lignite after upgrading,during transport,the main forming conditions of lignite after upgrading,such as forming water and coal particle size were analyzed,and combined with self-developed single cylinder hydraulic forming device of lignite,the experimental study of forming water content and particle size distribution were separately carried out.The results showed that the forming water and coal gradation were more conducive to improve lignite after upgrading forming,which provided experimental evidence and theoretical reference of low-cost forming conditions of lignite after upgrading.
