摘 要:为了揭示开挖顺序对复杂弯道交岔点稳定性影响规律,寻求合理的开挖顺序,运用FLAC3D软件对复杂弯道交岔点的开挖顺序进行数值模拟分析。结果表明:交岔点的塑性区域范围受开挖顺序的影响比较大,采用方案2和方案5开挖顺序引起的塑性区域范围明显小于其他开挖顺序。而交岔点的围岩变形与竖直应力受开挖顺序的影响较小,主要体现在随着开挖顺序的变化,表现出顶板变形范围的不对称性和两帮位移大小的不同。因此,在对复杂弯道交岔点进行开挖时,在条件允许的情况下应尽量选择均衡卸载方式,避免从支巷向主巷方向开挖及两支巷不同时开挖对交岔点稳定性造成的叠加影响,以提高交岔点的稳定性,保证矿井安全高效生产。In order to reveal the law of complex bended roadway intersection influenced by excavation sequence and to find the reasonableexcavation sequence,the excavation sequence of complex bended roadway intersection was analyzed using FLAC3 Dnumerical simulationsoftware. The results showed that the plastic zones of intersection were affected by excavation sequence relatively obvious,the plastic zonescaused by plan 2 and 5 excavation sequence less than the others. While the surrounding rock deformation and vertical stress of intersectionswere affected by excavation sequence was not obvious,it mainly embodies that the asymmetry of roof deformation and the difference of road-way's sides displacement with the excavation sequence changing. Therefore,the balance unloading method should be selected when exca-vating the complex bended roadway intersection and the conditions permit,avoid excavation along direction from branch roadway to mainroadway and superposition effect comes from non-simultaneous excavation to improve the stability of roadway intersection and insure safetyand high effective product of mine.
