摘 要:为探索模型试验在煤炭地下气化研究中的作用,阐述了煤炭地下气化模型试验气化炉的结构特征、燃空区扩展规律及气化工艺。研究结果表明,模型气化炉虽不能完全模拟地下煤层赋存条件,但可在煤层和岩层中设置温度、压力、组分和应力等测点,获得现场难以测得的温度场、压力场、浓度场和应力场等物理场;可对不同赋存条件下煤层的燃空区扩展形状及规律展开直观研究;气化工艺模型试验不仅可获得与现场试验相同的工艺参数,也可开展煤炭地下气化过程中污染物析出与迁移规律的研究,并用于现场生产。最后,提出了模型试验的发展方向。In order to discover the function of model experiment in studying underground coal gasification,the paper stated structure features,combustion area expansion law and gasification technique of an experiment gasifier in underground coal gasification model. The study results showed that though the model gasifier could not fully simulate a deposition condition of the underground seam,but could set up temperature,pressure,component,stress and other measuring points in the seam and rock strata and could obtain the measured temperature field,pressure field,concentration filed,stress field and other physical fields which were hard to be measured at the mine site. A visual study could be conducted on an expansion form and law of seam combustion goaf under different deposition conditions. The gasification technique model test would not only have the same technique parameters to the site test,could conduct a study on the pollutant precipitation and migration law in the underground coal gasification process and could be applied to the site production. Finally,the development orientation of the model experiment was provided.
