摘  要:为解决第三系地层三软煤层回采巷道在掘进及回采期间围岩变形量大、难以支护的问题、多次返修后仍无法实现稳定等问题,分析了巷道变形破坏的特征和机理,指出了巷道围岩抗压强度低、遇水膨胀、受动压影响,以及传统支护材料无法适应围岩大变形而产生破断是巷道产生变形破坏的主要原因。提出了采用以新型恒阻大变形锚杆(锚索)为主体的恒阻让压支护技术,南二采区205工作面运输巷应用结果表明:采用恒阻让压支护技术后巷道最大底鼓量为350 mm左右,在其允许变形的范围内,顶板最大下沉量为200 mm左右,巷道整体变形量较原支护大幅减小,该支护技术有效地解决了三软煤层回采巷道变形量大的问题。In order to solve high deformation value of the surrounding rock during the driving and mining period of the mining gateway in Tertiary three soft seam,hard to support problem,multi repair and hard to keep stabilization problems,the paper analyzed the deformation failure features and mechanism of the gateway. The paper pointed out that the low compressive strength of the gateway surrounding rock,swelling with water,influenced by the mining as well as the conventional support material not suit the large deformation of the surrounding rock and broken would be the major causes to the deformation and failure of gateway. A constant resistance yield support technology mainly with new constant resistance large deformation bolt( anchor) was provided. The application results of the transportation gateway in No. 205 coal mining face of South No. 2 block showed that after the constant resistance yield support technology applied,the max floor heave of the gateway was about 350 mm. Within the allowed deformation scope,the max subsidence value of the roof would be about 200 mm. The completed deformation value of the gateway was highly reduced than previous support. The support technology could effectively solve the high deformation problem of the mining gateway in the seam with soft roof,soft coal and soft floor.
