摘 要:为解决姚桥煤矿埋深超过850 m的回采巷道围岩变形、破坏、难支护的问题,通过对巷道变形破坏特征及变形力学机制进行分析,确定了巷道围岩类型为高应力-节理化软岩,得出了影响其变形破坏的主控因素为埋深大、地应力高、围岩破碎以及支护体与围岩不耦合等。采用耦合支护理论及深部煤巷三控支护技术,提出了锚杆+复合托盘+关键部位锚索+钢筋网+底角注浆锚管的新支护技术。在姚桥煤矿7009工作面运输巷应用结果表明:巷道两帮最大移近量为65 mm,顶板下沉量为38mm,最大底鼓量为18 mm,两帮移近量、顶板下沉量及底鼓量较原支护减少84%,新支护技术能够通过改善巷道围岩受力状态,提高整体承载能力,巷道围岩变形量得到有效控制。In order to solve the surrounding rock deformation,failure,hard to support problems of the mining gateway with a depth over 850 m in Yaoqiao Mine,with the analysis on the deformation failure features and deformation mechanics mechanism of the gateway,the surrounding rock of the gateway was determined as a high stress-joint soft rock. The main control factors affected to the deformation failure were deep depth,high geostress,surrounding rock broken and the support mass and surrounding rock uncoupling and others. The coupling support theory and deep seam gateway three control support technology were applied. A new support technology with the bolt + complex plat e + key part anchor + steel bar mesh + floor angle grouting bolt pipe was provided. The application results of the transportation gateway in No. 7009 coal mining face of Yaoqiao Mine showed that the max convergence of the two sidewalls was 65 mm,the roof subsidence value was 38 mm,the max floor heave was 18 mm,the two sidewall convergence,the roof subsidence and floor heave value were reduced by 84%in comparison with previous support. The new technology could improve the surrounding rock stressed status of the gateway,could improve the completed loading capacity and the deformation of the gateway surrounding rock was effectively controlled.
