摘 要:为了提高静态爆破技术的煤层致裂增透效果,通过单孔破碎、双孔破碎、导向孔破碎试验对静态爆破布孔及致裂效果进行了相关研究。结果表明:静态爆破的裂缝开裂方向是沿着最接近自由面的方向;药孔之间连线方向上的作用力叠加对试块的破碎效果具有较大影响,增大药孔的孔径、减小药孔的间距可提高静态叠加破碎效果;导向孔不仅具有导向作用,还可增强破碎效果;多孔布置与导向孔协同布置的网络化布孔可以使破碎效果最大化;合理的布孔可以显著提高静态爆破致裂增透效果。In order to improve the seam fracturing and permeability improved effect of the static blasting technology,with the single boreholes breaking,double boreholes breaking and guide boreholes breaking test,the related study was conducted on the static blasting borehole arrangement and fracturing effect. The results showed that the crack fracturing direction of the static blasting was along a direction to the closest distance free surface. The action force superposition on a line connecting direction between the charged boreholes would have great influences to the breaking effect of the specimen,the increase borehole diameter of the charged borehole and the space reduction between the charged boreholes could improve the static superposition breaking effect. The guide borehole would not only have the guide function,but also could enhance the breaking effect. The network borehole arrangement with the multi borehole arrangement and the guide borehole coordinated arrangement could make the maximum of the breaking effect. The rational borehole arrangement could obviously improve the fracturing and permeability effect of the static blasting.
